What's your mom worth to your family?
According to a new report, about $138,000.00 +/- a year.
The job descriptions used to determine a mom's salary includes but not limited to jobs that moms do on an average day: housekeeper, day care center, teacher, cook, computer operator, laundry machine operator, janitor, facilities manager, van driver, CEO, physician, and psychologist.
And then there is the massive overtime!
In calculating a mom's wages, don’t forget the "overtime" that both working and stay-at-home mothers put in each week.
"Moms multi task and rarely gets a break from the various tasks of day to day, which most of are spent in “overtime”.
Working moms, meanwhile, log more than nine hours of "overtime," with an average 49-hour "mom" work week -- on top of their full-time paying jobs and/or careers. So deservingly she needs a day (not enough) dedicated to her, give her a break, give her a spa retreat even if it is in the next room.
